E-Commerce ID and Password

Customers Only
A large portion of ITC's Web site, including the electronic commerce tools, is available to ITC customers only. To gain access to the secure areas of our web site, you must first become an ITC customer.

As soon as you have your customer number, you can apply for your Electronic Commerce User ID and Password.

Current Customers and Manufacturers
Even if you already are an ITC customer, you still need a User ID and Password to access our E-commerce tools. Your customer number only is not sufficient.

To obtain your User ID and Password, you need to download and complete our Electronic Commerce User Agreement (PDF Format) and submit the information to your assigned customer service representative. There are no costs associated with requesting an ID or using ITC’s E-Commerce Site.

Follow these steps to obtain your ID and Password:

• Download and Print the agreement.

• Complete all the required fields

• Have it signed by an authorized employee of your company.

• Fax it back to ITC at (305) 718-0622, attention: E-Commerce Support

You should receive your user ID and password 48 to 72 hours after applying.
