At ITC Group, bribery is strictly prohibited. We will not seek to influence others, either directly or indirectly, by paying or receiving bribes or kickbacks, or by any other means that are considered unethical, illegal or detrimental to our reputation for honesty and integrity.
All employees and representatives of the company are expected to reject any situation that could put our ethical principles and reputation at risk and all employees are required to immediately report any situation in which they are bribed by a person or entity doing business or seeking to do business with the company.
Through this page, any person or organization can report, either by identifying themselves or anonymously, any suspicion of acts of corruption related to the company. ITC Group is committed to investigate the complaints received and to gather substantial evidence to clarify or confirm these acts.
